Betsy Exton, owner and executive officer, has been fueled by helping people for over two decades. Originally from Upstate New York, she made the move down south to complete her Masters Degree in Education and Health.

While trained in multiple fields, Betsy chose the path of natural wellness. After her own frustrations and struggle with digestive issues, she ventured out into the world of cleansing, detoxing, and using plants and herbs alongside medication and exercise. Betsy left the Carolinas to move to Puerto Rico, and after training under some of the most incredible cleansing gurus in her field, she focused herself on training at the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy.

Natalie has been a colon hydrotherapist for 20 years, and specializes in colon, liver and kidney detoxification. She believes in whole body cleansing, being proactive, and taking responsibility for cleaning the filtering and eliminative organs of the body on a regular basis.

Matthew has been practicing massage therapy since September 2008.
He is proficient in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, Myofascial release, and Swedish massage therapy.
He has advanced knowledge of specific stretching techniques with emphasis on injury prevention

Over the years, Julia has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working with thousands of people in Greenville. She provides individualized Wholistic & Wellness consulting as well as Ionic.

Jim has been a Practitioner of the Eunice Ingham method of Reflexology since 1997. Over the years he has practiced and taught others in various techniques associated with scientific therapeutics, but remains committed to the proven healing art of Reflexology, because of the results it brings to the whole person. Jim believes that educating and enlightening others in how to proactively care for themselves, and their loved ones, through Reflexology, is key to the ongoing health of each client he services.

Jim continues to service clients who are facing stress issues in relation to cancer, stroke, lymphatic issues, hormonal imbalance, neurological disorders, mental challenges, etc. He is also a certified Instructor and Practitioner of Kahi Loa Hawaiian Skin Therapy, a deeply relaxing therapy that engages the parasympathetic nervous system. The therapy is based on the seven elements of nature (Fire, Water, Wind, Stone, Plant, Animal and Human) while using music and visualization.

I grew up in a very self reliant family that didn’t rely on outside sources of healthcare except for emergency interventions. This naturally created the foundations of healthy, sovereign living and became more defined as the pharmaceutical and medical models centralized more and more. I understood early in life that our diet and lifestyle choices impact our health and quality of life in enormous ways. It is my goal to be in service to others in achieving great health, bodily autonomy and knowledge of God’s gifts of medicinals all around us. I have been a Massage Therapist for 20 years and a Naturopath for 12 years. Through these modalities I have gained an understanding of anatomy, physiology, emotional connections, and body systems, and how to affect meaningful change through detoxification, integration of spiritual-mental-physical and nutritional means.

I use a series of tools to find the causes and correlations to create a roadmap to health.

  • Hair, skin, nail and tongue analysis
  • Body type identification
  • Urine and Saliva pH
  • Iridology
  • Applied kinesiology (muscle testing)
  • Ayurvedic Assessment
  • Reiki in some instances
  • Reflexology

It would be my absolute pleasure and honor to be your advocate in
Navigating your health journey.

I have practiced Massage Therapy Professionally for going on 13 years. I am certified in Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Reiki, 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training, and Somatic Emotional Release. My vision is that through an intuitive nurturing touch with integrated work my clients can experience a sense of stillness and release. I specialize in neuromuscular therapy and energy work. In my personal time I love being with my dog Jade, hiking, painting, biking, and dancing! I love working with the community here in Greenville, and I look forward to meeting new clients!

with over 15 years of experience as an esthetician, I love to customize each skin care treatment towards my clients goals. Skincare doesn’t have to be complicated but I personalize each treatment with high-performance Eminence Organic Skin Care that balances, purifies and hydrates the skin. My favorite service at Pure is the Gemstone Brilliance facial. This treatment revitalizes and detoxifies the skin. Gemstones like citrine recharge the body and mind while tourmaline nourishes the skin. I also provide the Green Recovery facial and can customize either facial to include an Arctic Berry Advanced Peel, Blueberry Detox and Firming Peel or Snow Mushroom Eye Treatment. The Stone Crop Body Treatment is a great way to relax while your skin is resurfaced with a sugar and salt scrub, leaving you silky smooth and hydrated. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking and traveling

“We moved to downtown Greenville a couple of years ago.  I was able to immediately plug into Colonics, Massage Therapy and the wisdom and passion of Julia for herbal remedies that has impacted my daily life by incorporating detox teas for on-going gentle cleansing.  Greenville is so blessed to have this well rounded business at our finger tips!  And did I mention the products they carry…..amazing!  Thank you Pure on Main for your dedication to HEALTH!”

“I have been a loyal and VERY happy client for three years. Coming from San Francisco where there are a multitude of colon hydrotherapists, I have to say Betsy is by far the best. She is extremely knowledgeable about overall wellness and the many different herbs, supplements and therapies available and will design a program that works for her individual clients to match their needs and lifestyle.  And on top of all this – Betsy is a truly beautiful and genuine person who cares deeply about her clients and improving their health and well-being.”

“As a man who already values health, nutrition, and physical activity, colon hydrotherapy has become a welcome addition to my wellness routine. Although I was initially apprehensive of the whole process, my first experience was comfortable, professional and safe—clearing up any of those previous apprehensions. After my first colonic I actually felt a remarkable difference, both in how I felt and physical performance—I was comfortably able to do more push-ups and crunches than the day before and I maintained a better energy level throughout the day. Being rid of toxins has allowed my body to perform at a more efficient level. Nutrition actually feels more readily digested and absorbed, therefore contributing to my endurance and enhanced physical performance. I decided to purchase a 10-pack of colon hydrotherapy sessions and plan to incorporate it into my lifestyle.”

“I would love to brag on Julia! After years of insomnia, I decided to give herbal medicine a try.  Julia was so gracious with her time in listening to my sleepless woes.  Being an avid gardener, I am familiar with many plants Julia suggested.  It has been remarkable how well her suggestions have worked for me….absolutely remarkable.  Everyone at Pure has been so friendly and helpful.”
