Teen Health

Being a teenager is tough in general but thanks to social media...the comparison issues make it even worse. This class is all about teen health. We will cover skin care, depression, eating disorders, hormone balancing, and stress!! The class is geared towards preteens and teens to age 19. Natural approaches to teen health doesn't get nearly enough attention! If you have a child between 12-19, this is the class for them. So many issues can be avoided with just a little prevention and discussion. Community Classes are always free!! Have your child bring a friend!
