Colon Hydrotherapist | Detox & Fasting Specialist
Natalie Boss
Natalie has always had a passion for cleansing, even if she didn’t realize it at first. After graduating from Georgia Tech with a degree in industrial engineering and briefly exploring a career in environmental engineering, she discovered that her true calling wasn’t waste management for the planet; it was waste management for the body.
Today, as a seasoned colon hydrotherapist, Natalie brings over a decade of detox experience to her clients at Pure. She’s especially passionate about working with those ready to go deeper, guiding them through advanced herbal protocols, tissue-level cleansing, and lifestyle fasting. Her favorite protocol? Dr. Schulze’s liver/gallbladder and kidney/bladder detoxes, paired with green drinks like Vitamineral Greens and Elite Green Protein (both available at Pure).
Outside of work, Natalie is a lifelong swimmer (Georgia Tech swim team alum!), water skier, ballroom dancer, and yogi who’s been practicing Ashtanga since her 30s. At home, you’ll find her tending to the tiniest of homesteads: raising backyard chickens, growing flowers and veggies, and soaking in the beauty of her garden in downtown Greenville.
Master Herbalist | CNHP | Iridology & Natural Health Consultant
Julia Fuller
Julia has been walking the path of natural healing for over two decades. A Greenville native with a deep connection to both plants and animals, Julia first used plant and earth medicine with horses, using clay to poultice her horse's legs and black salve to draw abscesses out of his hooves when she was a child. She worked at Garner's Natural Life for many years, reading books on herbs and going to classes whenever possible to learn more about plants and healing, and developing a real intuition and strength in communicating with customers and knowing what they needed.
Today, she holds a Master Herbalist degree from Trinity School of Natural Health and is a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP). She continues to actively learn, regularly attending herb conferences, classes and plant walks with various revered herbalists... including the Southeast Wise Woman Herb Conferences, Medicines from the Earth Symposiums & American Herbalist Guild Symposiums. Since 2013, Julia has served as the resident herbalist at Pure, using tools such as Iridology, Face, Tongue & Nail Analysis, Muscle Testing, and gathering an in-depth case history to assess clients and address their specific acute and chronic needs in her Wellness Consultations.
Julia also offers hands-on-healing modalities Electro-Lymphatic Therapy and working on people's feet through Ionic Foot Detox and Reflexology.
When she is not helping people to heal, Julia is at her favorite place, The Barn, taking care of horses!
Colon Hydrotherapist | RN | Gut Health Advocate
Lara Larson
Lara came to colon hydrotherapy through a blend of science, intuition, and lived experience. With a background in nursing and a natural curiosity for all things wellness, she was deeply moved by how many people struggle silently with digestion, fatigue, and feeling “off” (and how much can change when the gut is finally given the chance to reset).
She has been practicing colon hydrotherapy for over seven years and brings a blend of clinical knowledge and heart-led care to every session. She’s always following the threads between gut health, lymphatic flow, and emotional well-being because she’s seen firsthand how powerful that connection can be.
When she’s not in session, Lara’s usually in the kitchen cooking something nourishing, tending to her plants, or enjoying a quiet moment with her husband and their two dogs. A homebody at heart, she’s most content when surrounded by good food, fresh air, and the people she loves (with a podcast or new research article playing in the background, of course).
Colon Hydrotherapist & Wellness Educator
grace GREGORY
Growing up in a family full of organic gardening enthusiasts and herbal remedy lovers, natural health has been a part of Grace’s life since the beginning. She started her professional life in the field of accounting as a CPA, but after embarking on her own healing journey, Grace discovered colon hydrotherapy. She is passionate about educating clients on their amazing digestive systems and how we can help work with the body to not just find health, but truly thrive.
Her first hand experience with natural cleansing methods such as liver/gall bladder flushes, fasting, juicing, and various cleansing modalities allows her to bring a rich knowledge to each session. Her clients love her gentle, welcoming personality and peaceful presence. In her free time, she can be found reading natural health and wellness books, riding her bike on the Swamp Rabbit trail, creating delicious raw vegan food creations, and spending time with friends and family.
Lead Esthetician | Skincare Educator
Riley Wakefield
Riley is Pure’s go-to expert for all things glow and clarity. She specializes in treating acne and inflammation, and she’s just as passionate about education as she is results. Her clients love her down-to-earth, judgment-free approach to facials, and many leave her treatment room saying, “That was exactly what my skin (and soul) needed.”
Her work is both technical and personal. Riley specializes in treating acne and inflammation, but what sets her apart is the way she listens. She loves educating her clients along the way, helping them not only see improvement, but truly understand their skin.
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Kie Williams
Healing doesn’t begin when someone fixes you. It begins when you finally feel safe enough to soften. As a certified Esalen® Massage therapist, my work is rooted in presence, mindful touch, and deep listening. Rather than treating the body as a collection of separate muscles, I approach each session as an opportunity to support the whole person—body, mind, and nervous system. Esalen massage is known for its long, flowing strokes, intuitive pacing, and meditative quality. Every session is guided by what your body communicates in the moment, creating space for deep relaxation, greater body awareness, and a renewed sense of connection with yourself.
I’ve been practicing massage since 2016 and have continued my education through advanced Esalen® training with respected teachers including Robin Fann, Ellen Watson, Jessica Fagan, and Dean Marson. My work has also been shaped by additional study in trauma-informed bodywork, helping me create a space where clients can feel genuinely supported without pressure or expectation. Whether you’re carrying chronic stress, recovering from burnout, living with persistent tension, or simply longing for a place to slow down, my intention is to offer a session where you can breathe more deeply, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling more grounded than when you arrived. I believe the body has an extraordinary capacity to heal when it is met with presence, compassion, and skilled touch.
For much of my life, I lived with a nervous system that rarely felt at rest. Through my own experiences of trauma, loss, and healing, I came to understand that the body carries our stories just as surely as the mind does. That journey transformed the way I think about healing—and ultimately led me to Esalen® Massage. Today, I offer the kind of space I once needed myself: one where nothing has to be performed, fixed, or rushed. My intention is to help people reconnect with their bodies through presence, compassionate touch, and an environment that feels genuinely safe.
